Titanium jigs/titanium racks/titanium discs is made of high-quality elastic titanium, which has good elasticity and strong corrosion resistance, and is suitable for anodizing production lines; it adopts precision welding technology, and the welding joints are tightly combined and firm, and can be produced according to customer drawings.

 

Phosphating and oxidation of iron and steel parts can be carried out with a hanger or in a hanging basket. For general parts, use a hanging basket as much as possible. Under the condition of lifting equipment, the hanging basket can be larger. Hangers are generally made of steel or titanium. Copper or brass is not used to ensure the quality of the film layer, because copper will dissolve in these solutions and contaminate the solution, affecting the quality of the film layer. The form of the hanger is the same as that of electroplating except that there is no requirement for electrical conductivity. Titanium racks perform better than steel racks.

 

The jigs/racks and baskets used for pickling are easy to be damaged. So should choose materials with good corrosion resistance or directly choose plastic products, whose shape is the same as that of small parts for electroplating. Titanium jigs/racks and titanium baskets can solve corrosion problems very well.

 

Oxidation of iron and steel parts does not require electricity, and hanging baskets are usually used, as long as the hanging baskets are required to have high mechanical strength, good corrosion resistance, and easy loading and unloading of workpieces. For more precise workpieces or workpieces with external threads, in order to prevent mutual collisions, it is advisable to use jigs/racks.
